Ashleigh joined Neon at a point a lot of our members can relate to…

Busy, wanting to feel better in herself, tone up and get fitter, but stuck in that cycle of low motivation, no clear plan, and not really knowing where to start

She committed to our 6-week challenge to get some structure, support and accountability in place. From there, she didn’t just stop, she moved into our ongoing training and nutrition plan and kept building

Now 5 months in…

Her fitness is at a level she never thought possible, her confidence has completely changed, and as you can see from the photos, she’s in the best shape of her life

This is what happens when you stop guessing and start following a simple plan, in the right environment, with the right people around you
