Stomach fat GONE, muscle added! Brogan 💪🏻🔥

I often get asked.. Can you lose body fat and grow muscle at the same time?

Well if this doesn’t prove you that you can, nothing will! 👏🏻

Brogan is 17.5kg down & has added a fair amount of muscle to her body! 🙌🏻✅

Brogan used to under eat and wing her training but that got her no where!

She was training, but wasn’t getting any results!

Well ladies, this is the results you can achieve when you get help and get a coach who actually understands fat loss and muscle growth..

A lot of people think you can’t do both, but if you consistently stick to your nutrition & consistently train and progress on each exercise in the gym..

3.5 stone down and still eating out, socialising, and enjoying life 🤩🙌🏻

Cara has lost 22kg, she hasn’t cut out carbs, she hasn’t stopped going out with friends, but she has put in the effort and time to achieve this 👏🏻

Too many people think losing weight requires being ‘perfect’ or sacrificing all the enjoyment out your life!

And also too many people think a quick 4-12 week diet will fix the problem

But truthfully it won’t! And it never will!

Yes Cara has still been able to go out for meals with her friends, go on nights out, enjoy holidays..

And she’s managed to lose 3.5 stone and actually keep it off!! ✅

But that’s because she’s built habits that she can actually stick too! And she eats meals that is built around the meals and snacks that she enjoys!

The problem is that when you normally want to lose weight you try dieting for a few weeks, restrict yourself too much, and end up hating everything you’re doing.. so you give up and put all the weight back on

But Cara was sick of doing it this way!

She knew it would take time to get the weight off, take time to build sustainable habits whilst still enjoying life

And because she has stuck at it, she’s lost all this weight without giving up on her goals and her social life! ✅🙌🏻

I eat exactly how I advise all my clients to do on their holiday..

Bloody enjoy it!☀️

You work hard all year for these moments, so most importantly enjoy your holiday, don’t stress too much about the scales when you are away & if you have a plan in place, you will get the weight back off pretty quickly once your home 👏🏻

Bonus tip - Make sure you get back into your routine when your home and don’t leave it for days before you get back into things 🤌🏼

Be honest

Most of you will be spending at least £200-400 every month on things that won’t help you at all

Won’t help your weight loss goals, won’t help your motivation, won’t help your mindset or energy levels

No wonder you feel stuck every Monday and don’t know where to start! You enter the week feeling tired and run down. But let me tell you.. all the ladies I coach were in the exact same spot as you right now

It doesn’t matter if you exercise 7 days per week

Walk 100,000 steps

If you aren’t keeping on top of your food then you aren’t losing weight, simple

And this is exactly what Lauren was doing!

She was exercising but wasn’t getting any results

She had tried fad diets but admitted none of them were sustainable, so quickly gave in!

Lauren also hated trying to plan out her food each day and counting calories

So she felt stuck with her weight and didn’t know where to go next...

18kg down & 17 minutes faster than her previous time! 🔥

So proud of you Lauren! The hard work, consistency, and commitment you’ve shown over the last few months truly paid off 👏🏻

Before starting this journey, Lauren enjoyed her running but found it a lot harder as she was carrying extra weight around, she was simply putting far more stress on her body.

By focusing on improving her health, building better habits around nutrition and training, which led to Lauren losing 18kg before race day, Lauren was able to line up for her half marathon feeling lighter, stronger, and far more comfortable in her running.

Not only did she complete the race… she smashed 17 minutes off her previous time ⏱️

That’s the difference the right preparation can make. Less strain on the joints, more energy, improved endurance, better recovery, and the confidence that comes from knowing you’ve put in the work.

The easy way out won’t get you where you want to be!

Quitting on your goals because it’s the ‘easy’ thing to do..

Skipping meals, binge eating at night, heavy weekends, they are all damaging your progress

But it will be worth it when you finally feel confident again, when you get closer to your goal weight and clothes start to fit 100x better!

So stop holding onto habits that aren’t serving you and let’s start creating new ones💪🏻
