Heres a little morning routine from when I had a little solo break ✨

So I do still enjoy some sort of structure even when I’m away if not more because I can take my time with it.
The goal recently has been to stretch more and put more energy into making sure I’m recovering properly.
It hasn’t been every single day but it’s definitely more often than it was before.
Remember all the little habits really do add up 📈
Now lets hit the year of the horse strong and get habit stacking!!
