It's always good to receive feedback and know that the people your working with enjoy the coaching and the training.

The first session always builds rapport and let's me know where the client is at and gives me as the coach a good insight as to how i can best program the client for success.

It's my job as a coach to educate my clients and teach them exactly how to exercise safely and correctly and this way I can program the individual and know for sure they are able to follow the program and execute it well enough to get results by themselves
