"On the weekend, I had the privilege to inspect the first every professionally sanctioned Hybrid Boxing Organisation event in Italy, with promotion Elite Top Fight.

What an event - unbelievable setting, unbelievable hospitality and an absolute credit to the sport.

Thank you to Sara and her team for facilitating the historic occasion with such professionalism, and a big well done to our officials who flew in from the UK for demonstrating the level of officiating we expect on all events.

Well done to all fighters who competed under the official Hybrid Ruleset on Saturday evening.

Elite top fight have now set the bench mark for professional Hybrid Boxing in Italy and we look forward to working with them again.

A monumental moment for as we go international for the first time - sanctioning professional hybrid bouts in Italy under 👏✈️🇮🇹

A little sooner than we expected but a testament to the hard work and support of everyone to date - thank you.

We've been adamant that our approach to the sport will be professional and safe - a difficult market to operate in sometimes where there's a tendency to prioritise profit over fighters

This weekend marks history in hybrid boxing as Elite Top Fight, Italy host the first ever professionally sanctioned contests in the countries history.

Sara and her team have worked tirelessly to get the event over the line, and have been a pleasure to work with.
