For a while, I genuinely wasnā€™t sure Iā€™d ever sing well again.

Looking back, Iā€™m grateful I didnā€™t give up.

The biggest breakthroughs in my voice didnā€™t happen by accident. They happened because singing mattered enough to me that I kept showing up, learning, practising, and taking the next step.

Confidence didnā€™t come first.

Confidence grew because I kept taking action.

šŸŽ¶ Sing a song, not because you have to for a gig, but simply because you love it. Thatā€™s what I did here, and it was so freeing!

šŸ’› Connect with a friend. Those people matter far beyond anything on this weekā€™s to-do list.

šŸ’ƒ Move in some way. A short walk, a stretch, five minutes outside. Itā€™s good for your body, your mind, and the whole of you matters.

Can you believe not that long ago she struggled to hold onto a chest-dominant sound at this pitch range? Itā€™s true.

Now sheā€™s getting to those notes with far more power and increasing ease!
