Yummy Mummy Buggy Fitness Liverpool General fitness session to help Mums return to fitness and hit their weight loss goals following pre Yummy Mummy Buggy Fitness Class.

We meet Every Monday at 9.30am at Wavertree Mystery park, we meet at the top gate by Prince Alfred road. Price: £4.00 per session or ask for more information about monthly payments!

Hi all

Due to dwindling numbers, unfortunately I have had to cancel the Monday morning class in Wavertree for the foreseeable future.

Please let me know if there is a more convenient day to hold the class or alternatively I run a free class on Tuesday mornings at Croxteth Country Park organised by LEAP.

Please message me for more details regarding the Tuesday class or if anyone would like to discuss individual personal training moving forwards.

Thank you for your support over the past 18-months.
