New beginners course starts tomorrow, Monday 17th, 6.30pm ❤️

Tomorrow's first class is a gentle exploration of breath and movement so you can notice how your body is feeling, your range of movement, strength, balance and breath. You will also get a feel for our friendly, welcoming, down to earth studio. We'll end on a guided relaxation so you can leave feeling gently stretched out, present and calm.

£40 for 5 weeks, just wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink. Book on at the link below, message me if have any questions or need any help,
