With a real mix of emotions, we’re wishing Steve Holden all the very best as he retires at the end of this month. 🥲👏

Steve was one of the first PGA Professionals to join Liverpool Golf Centre when it opened in 2013 and has been a huge part of the Centre’s development ever since.

Over the years, Steve has been a friend, mentor and coach to many thousands of golfers, with more than 30,000 students benefiting from his personable coaching style, knowledge and experience gained from an impressive career as a formidable Regional and Tour Player. 👏⛳️

His contribution to golfers across the North West has been truly remarkable, and he leaves behind a fantastic legacy at the Centre.

Now, Steve is looking forward to spending more time with his family — and perhaps even finding some time to play a little golf himself! 🏌️‍♂️⛳️

While we’re very sad to see him leave, we completely understand his decision and everyone at Liverpool Golf Centre, along with all of his students, wishes Steve a long, happy and well-deserved retirement. ❤️👏

As Steve moves on to his next chapter, we’re delighted that Ethan Davies will be stepping into his shoes. Ethan is excited to return to Liverpool Golf Centre after gaining valuable experience at Royal Lytham and as a Professional at Ormskirk GC.

He’ll join Jack Ling PGA🏌🏼‍♂️, Tim Ford, Christopher Crowder and Adrian Fryer as part of our established team of experienced coaches, continuing our commitment to helping golfers of every age and ability enjoy better golf. 💪⛳️🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

Continuing his good form had another great result yesterday Brough Golf Club in the Brought Classic.👌👏

Tim fired a -4 total finishing one stroke behind Outlane’s Robert Booth in this long standing highly regarded event in calendar against a very high quality field.

This result came on the back of playing well in The Open final qualifying and a great win shooting -10 with team mate Paul Kinnear / Golf Coaching in the recent Fourball Championship qualifier Hurlston Hall Estate.

A great season so far for talented balancing his coaching Liverpool Golf Centre , looking after his young family and finding time to excel with his golf.

We’re delighted Liverpool Golf Centre that playing and coaching Professional has successfully navigated the Regional Qualifying for The Open last week Hesketh Golf Club - Southport shooting -1 then resulting in a playoff and progression to Final Qualifying.👏🏌️‍♂️

Out of thousands of initial entries and 16 venues Tim will now advice to one of the Final Qualifying venues West Lancashire GC alongside several@dpworldtour stars and The Masters winners and .willett and many more hopefuls vying for a place in the greatest and oldest Championship of them all.🏆

has been playing well, yesterday winning the individual Holyhead Golf Club Pro Am with -7 over the 2 rounds plus being pipped to the team prize victory by Liverpool Golf Centre coaching colleague Christopher Crowder 💪⛳️
