Today we apologised for the fumes in the gym. As you can see the smell was well worth it.

Huge thanks to the guys for totally changing our furniture. As they they say why replace when you can spray.

One last push on the toilets now and we are finished. Thanks for your patience and trusting in what we do.

Monday morning who likes them though let’s be honest 😜

But they can be made better and yourself made to feel better if you get yourself up get yourself out to the gym and get yourself a work out done your mind and body will automatically feel better (this was me this morning but I dropped the kids at school went and done cardio and a little glute session and now I’m ready for the day)

Little tip ask for a whey shake at reception made with milk and ice and thank me later) it tastes insane 😜😜😜😜
