I’m just sat on the plane as we have got an hour delay and I would like to pass a message to anyone heading on holidays like me: don’t be afraid of losing the fitness progress you have been working on recently.
Traveling can throw off our routines but it’s still possible to keep moving and feel great. A short walk around the neighbourhood or local park can make a big difference.
Remember, fitness is about more than just exercise—it’s about taking care of your body and mind. With the holidays coming up, make sure to find time for rest, enjoy learning about new cultures and indulge in discovering new foods. So, enjoy your holiday, stay active in small ways and most importantly, take care of yourself! Embrace the new experiences, relax, and nourish both your body and soul.
