🏁 It’s nearly time!

🏄🏻‍♀️ GBSUP is back in Liverpool next week for a chokka block weekend of racing! If you’re interested in entering in one of their heats, head over to & book yourself in!

🙌🏼 If you’re a beginner to the sport of SUP or want to dip your toe into racing but not quite ready for the big ‘uns then don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

⚓️ For complete beginners, or those wanting to build on their confidence, I’ll be running a beginners sup session around the corner at Coburg Wharf @ 10am on Sat 6th June.

🏁 For those wanting to dabble at a race, I’ve teamed up with to host a 5k course on Queens Dock. Similar to Parkrun, it is a free, timed, social event over a 5km course, but on water, of course. It is a great way to keep fit, compete against yourself to up your paddle boarding game, and have fun in the process.
