We are pleased to be running another free workshop for young people aged 10-16 on june 27th from 12-1.30

These workshops are designed to help young people develop important life skills both on and off the mat, focusing on:

• Communication
• Respect
• Responsibility
• Teamwork
• resilience

Through training, discussion, and shared experiences, we aim to help students build confidence, stronger relationships, and a better understanding of themselves and others.

At Team Mushin, we believe youth leadership begins with responsibility, learning to support others and become a positive part of your community.
