I specialise in training adults and children, regain their Confidence through Boxing style training, Strength training, and Martial arts I specialise in training women and Children, through my Boxercise, Weight Training and Ju Jitsu Classes. I also provide NLP coaching and mentoring, and Personal Training. Class Timetable:

The REAL reason you struggle with Body image…..

If you’re struggling with body image right now

Chances are, you’ve probably tried ‘calorie deficit’ at some point

In the hope it’ll help

And if you’re like most women, you’ve probably been left feeling defeated, deflated and disappointed

That’s because, a calorie deficit or ‘counting calories’, simply isn’t up to it when it comes to helping you with your body image and how you feel

BUT not for the reasons you might think

See, most people will think that having a calorie deficit, wont work for them, as they’ve tried it

But that’s not the case at all

The real reason a calorie deficit wont do any good whatsoever for your body image and weight

Is your probably taking the wrong approach with it, and have no Accountability in place

Don’t get me wrong, a lot of ‘influencers’ preach it

You have James smith saying "calorie deficit’, every other video on insta

Team rh on TikTok ( geordie dude )

And TheAlexsoloman on YouTube

But it simply doesn’t work like that

You can’t expect to have a better body image, more confidence, better sleep and more energy

Just relying on your own approach with calorie deficit

So, what’s the solution

Well, I’m the solution ha

I’ve trained and coached thousands of women

And I can tell you

Having no plan with calorie deficit
Fasting sporadically
Following numerous people on social media
Taking your weight every day etc

All wont work

But having some plan

With your diet and calories

As well as having a goal
A reason for it

Awww 10 year anniversary of my Facebook group ‘Strictly Boxing Fitness studio’ - wow ❤️👌

Thank you all to all members who have trained at the studio, whether you still are, or at some point👌

During this time, me/ the business, have certainly grown, from hiring various rooms and halls, sessions in the park, to opening the studio, to getting 100 members, and most importantly, changing people’s lives 🙏

It’s been a tough road, but certainly a fulfilling one 👌

🔥10 week - private weight training program🔥

Due to being asked on a regular basis

over the past few months,

“Paul will you ever be running weight training programs again’

I have decided to do a ‘one off’ program

Which will start on Monday 10th February

6.15am
( yep, early morning sessions)

and will take place at the ‘Training station 2’ gym,

Wavertree
( as they have the best weight training facilities )

This program is completely separate to any other challenge and program I’m currently doing,

and Is just a one of course.

How it works

Sessions will take place on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning, 6.15am

and will last 1 hour👌

We will work on each body part over the 10 week period,

Monday - Back and Triceps
Tuesday - Legs/ Glutes/ Calves
Thursday - Chest/ Shoulders/ Biceps

Before we start the program, we will have an ‘induction’ at some point, beforehand, to get you familiar with everything, gym, machines, equipment, toilets etc

Goal of the program

The course/ challenge, will help you feel more confident, in a gym environment, while also teaching you the exercises and movements, that will help you get an amazing transformation, while also helping you feel stronger and better in your clothing

Deadline and Cost

The deadline to sign up is Friday, 31st January, and there are only 6 spots available. The cost of the course is £350 and we start on Monday 10th February

Although I’m quite an amazing Martial arts and Boxing trainer, and also an amazing coach 😉

Weight training is my forte, so this is something I’m really looking forward to doing again 👌

Cold Turkey 🦃

Well, I must admit,

with the amount of chocolate I’ve eaten

this past week,

box of dairy milk pieces

toblerone pieces

Ferrero rocher

Box of Lindor

then some beers

Trifle

cheesecake
( the list could go on )

and with a trip to New York coming up with Rachael

I’m going to have to go ‘cold Turkey’

to lose the blubber I’ve put on

over the past week or so

and try and do without the sugary treats

for the next 4 weeks

in order to get in shape, for such an amazing trip

which leads me on to say….

Did you buy anything? 🤔

As you know,

It was Black Friday last Friday.

Did you buy anything?

I never really take any notice to the event of the day.

I’ll only buy things when I need them

and I certainly wouldn’t be queuing outside a shop from the early hours, to get a bargain

Yet.....

Thousands of people across the country do it....

So it was no surprise,

When I seen 100s of people, queuing outside Jd sports

In the city centre, trying a get a bargain...

On the latest adidas ‘Nike dunk low’ retro trainers

That were £115

Crazy eh!

Buy here’s the thing.....

We all want to feel good....

We want to feel more confident....

and if something can give us those things instantly...

Then we’ll buy it...

No matter what financial position we’re in.

We want that instant fix.

The sad thing tho....

Is that quick fix will only last so long

Hence, why it’s called a ‘quick fix’

It’s sad really, or concerning

That people would rather do this, rather than investing the money....

In themselves,

Like health and a fitness or
Mindset

That would then make them feel better for the long haul, which will then lead to other things

Anyhoo....
