Three days packed with high-level training, technical development, strength & conditioning, performance psychology, analysis and plenty of hard work from every athlete involved.

From technical coaching and performance analysis to strength & conditioning, psychology and athlete development, it was brilliant to see so many athletes fully buying into every part of the weekend.
