Women Personal Safety
This seminar is specifically designed for women and girls and will cover the psychological and physical skills to stay safe and protect yourself in dangerous situations.
You will learn how to develop your awareness of your surroundings and how to understand criminal behaviour so that you can avoid potentially dangerous situations.
You will also learn how to look for opportunities de-escalate or reduce the possibility of harm through the use of voice and body language.
In the event that the threat of harm becomes imminent then you will learn how to quickly and effectively disable the attacker, you will learn the vulnerable points on the body and how to strike them giving you time to escape or summon help.
You will practise these physical skills in a safe and supportive environment so that you will be better prepared to react and take affirmative action to protect yourself from threats and attacks.
