We loved Jude’s positive energy and friendly nature with all the members and her colleagues here at the gym group Liverpool central! 🫶🏻

She always carries out her tasks with a smile and loves to welcome new members to the gym giving excellent tours to show why our gym is the best! 🥇

Pulling a funny gym face?
Gym groupers, we've got news for you…let's welcome those gum faces with open arms (or open eyes).
Evidence suggests that those involuntary face pulls are actually designed to improve performance, for example, jaw
clenching can increase grip strength by up 16% (who would've guessed it!)
So how does it work, you may ask? When the area of the brain that's responsible for these facial expressions is firing up, this
can prime other areas of the brain which are responsible for your other moving parts, how cool.
