Want to get fit, motivated, build your confidence, and learn self-defense? Chikara karate offers high-quality training with experienced instructors for all ages and abilities. Traditional Shotokan karate with elements of weapons training, self-defense, children, and ladies only classes. All new members to Chikara are entitled to a free trial session. Class times:
Monday - Upton victory hall 6-7.15
