Working on different styles

Some styles might not work for you, having the knowledge and understanding of that style will give you a better insight when coming up against it.

Certain styles might be a perfect way to beat an opponent but if you haven’t got them techniques or the knowledge to do so then it’s out of your favour.

FLUIDITY
The main keys/benefits of being fluent

Minimal movement: Having minimal movement when throwing a strike is the start of great technique. To show no movement before a strike, it is hard for the opponent to telegraph a strike coming which gives them less time to react and defend themselves

Efficiency : Being efficient comes from repetition. Once you become efficient with a technique, less energy is require to perform the technique. The less energy you use the more reps you can get out.
