It was an amazing class this evening run by Sensei Glyn and everyone had fun, most of the time. Sometimes techniques need to be perfect and blocking a punch will hurt, well of if you want it to hurt it will. Block a 1000 punches and it doesn’t hurt anymore. Sensei Mike
