GETTING TO GRIPS WITH AMINOS
As you can see protein will be digested and eventually turned into amino acids. There are 20 different amino acids that are split up into 2 groups EAA (essential amio acids), NEAA (non-essential amino acids). EAA's we can not produce in our body and have to get them from either foods or supplements. There are 8 EAA's and 2 of them are referred to as conditionally essential amino acids.
BCAA'S are branched chain amino acids which are part of your EAA's. Tend to be 3 main ones which are L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. These help the break down of protein decrease soreness post workout reduce muscle break down while working out and many more benefits.
Some fitness professionals say the BCAA's are a specialist area i.e for a person that really wants to achieve high goals.
I say that they are for everyone on a high protein diet that exercises and experiences muscle soreness or for anyone that wants to drop body fat and stay lean. I use PURE AMINO ADVANCED.
