From today the free weights of the gym will no longer be free. At The Gym Group we listen to our members needs and suggestions, especially when it comes to getting your monies worth. That’s why from today we’re launching our new Pay per Rep scheme for all memberships. Every curl, raise and press in the weights area will be charged to your account.

Don’t forget to correctly log your reps with us before you leave the gym after every workout.
