As we've stated previously, we can say with almost 100% certainty that this deal is on track to happen. After speaking to people close to Jack Grealish, it appears increasingly likely that he will be at Everton next season.

That said, there's always that small 1% uncertainty with any transfer, and deals can sometimes take longer than expected to reach completion. Because of that, don't be surprised if this one drags on and potentially isn't finalised until later in the transfer window.
