Good evening!!

This post is for my lovely Zumba and Yoga ladies. I’ve been so busy getting back into music teaching and playing with the band that I haven’t posted much about these classes lately — but we’re still going strong!

Our warm and welcoming group of women meets every Wednesday at Toxteth Town Hall, and I’m happy to say that yoga is back.

I’ll be running classes for 3 weeks in May, then taking a short break for half term, which also coincides with Eid.

So if you’ve been thinking about getting active again, come and join us this May.

We start with Zumba — a fun cardio workout — then move into a gentle yoga class to stretch out, reset, and recharge midweek.
