Last weekend we hosted LASH 2026 with

It was a fab weekend, with lovely weather on day one and 138 races completed. The standard of team racing was excellent. The socials were a highlight too, good people and a great atmosphere.

A big thank you to West Kirby Sailing Club for all their support, and to everyone who came and made it such a good weekend. And congratulations to Nottingham White for the win.

🏆Lavinia Bowl 2022/3🏆
In the freezing temperatures today we took part in West Kirby’s own random pairs tournament. With gusty winds 2 of Liverpool’s pairs took a dip into the lake, with only Ellie and Win surviving without a swim. Massive thanks to West Kirby for organising, and commiserations to Manchester for placing below all Liverpool pairs 😓

🥸MOVEMBER UPDATE🥸
As draws to a close we’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone for donating and helping us to surpass our target. That said, the donation link is still in our bio for any millionaires to pull through at the last second 👀 Here’s what everyone has been up to:

🕺McCooleys Marathon🕺
Still recovering from the 17 hour stint in one of Liverpool’s finest establishments, Gatwell and Combe managed to sustain the ‘at least a pint an hour’ goal, with a special thank you to everyone who donated if we did shots at noon. Thanks to for supporting us in this endeavour.

🎽Move for Movember🎽
This Movember we moved a collective 268km, with running an impressive 101k over the month would like to note that he has sustained a foot injury but will complete the final 15k once his recovery period has ended.

🥸Moustache’s🥸
Swipe over to see the very impressive moustache’s grown by the boys. Tomorrow we’ll see whether they go back to their baby faces or try to sustain the growth a little longer.

Thanks to for donating a Performance Hoodie to raffle off, Adam was crowned the winner after the draw today!

⚫️⚪️ANGEL OF THE NORTH⚫️⚪️

The 11 Liverpool sailors and a sword fighter travelled for a highly anticipated away fixture hosted by and Over the weekend 1st team sailed hard and secured a place in a West Kirby derby final against Manchester 1s. Following this they ended up 2nd overall at the competition out of 24.

2nd team had an interesting weekend, although perhaps the biggest upset was in the 9.30am Sunday morning Liverpool Derby with Gatwell placing an unexpected 1st place. Massive thanks to Durham and Newcastle for organising the event.

Presenting Liverpool’s finest endurance athletes, the two George’s will be enduring a 10am - 4am stint in McCooleys. Over this time they will be boshing out some uni work as the studious guys they are before dancing long into the night. Come along to support their efforts!

Massive well done to everyone who’s been running and cycling over the month. Props to Sarah for running an impressive 73k already - even in the current monsoon season.

🥸MOVEMBER FUNDARISING🥸

This November LUSC are not only growing a couple of shoddy moustaches (._.donald .atwell ) but have also got a number of other campaigns going on. Secretary Gomm has promised to run 80k over the month, as well as cycle 60k. VP Combe is running 60k, whilst Pres Gatwell is cycling it. The Presidential leadership team have also taken it upon themselves to complete a McCooleys Marathon, staying in The Big M from open until close. More info on this endurance feat soon!
