And a special shout out to Gaetano from Isolaverde Basket Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica in Italy who flew in from Naples to spend the week with us - it was great to see you.

Coming off a fantastic season with Nottingham Trent University in the BUCS premier division, we're delighted to announce the signing of Alex Williams for the 25/26 season.

Walshy returns 4️⃣.

Dan Walsh, point guard returns to Liverpool Basketball for another year. An experienced point guard, Dan has been ever present with Liverpool Basketball Club for close to 10 years and it's great to see him return once again to LBC.

Dan had this to say on his return...

'I'm excited to be back at Liverpool for another season. This is my home town club and it means a lot to represent my city! I'm hoping I can help the team push on from last season!'

That's gotta be, that's gotta be CAIN!🔴⚫

Emmett Cain is back in red and black, another product of the junior programme Emmett is playing in his second season with the first team. A player full of hustle and grit, Emmett has shown he's prepared to play any role asked of him and we're glad he's back with us.

West Derby, Liverpool? No mate it's Lewis Darby, Liverpool! 🙌🏻🔴⚫

Lewis graduates from our junior programme to take the next step to the senior programme for the 26/27 season.

A shining light and inspiration to all young players at the club, Lewis is an example of what hard work and dedication can achieve at Liverpool Basketball Club, we're excited to see him grow and develop with the opportunity he has earned in the senior team.

Lewis had this to say on joining the team.... 'I have been with the club since under 14s I’m glad to be joining the men’s team. I’m looking forward to getting the season started and setting new challenges at the higher level. I hope to be able to help the team achieve our goals and make an impact within the team'
