Well Reds looks like we're gonna have to be patient this year, looks like a transitional season, hopefully we get stronger as we go. Lack of inventiveness and player knowledge and in spending well is smacking us on the arse right now. Its not on our new Boss, AI and we should be with him all the way, but big improvement is deffo needed at

And while we're on, does it look to you like Liverpool are falling into the Man Utd trap of the last 10 years in thinking that a big name marquee signing does the job? There is No real skill there in buying an already big name? For long term success you buy like Bournemouth/Brighton last few years and the add marquee players when you need maybe a slight adjustment. That's what Liverpool were always good at. Nowadays this craving for instant success seems to be spreading to the people upstairs who sanction our player buys?

Of late, it's like LFC's buying team is playing Championship manager and there is no real skill in that. Your average fan can pick out a big name player for 100m. Anyway good luck to our new manager, and it was great to see the two below get on the score sheet.

Finally, they took down our post on that fella (who wore the 97 wasn't enough jersey) who went to jail, we don't know why, but there you go. On with the season.

Boris Becker Is always very complimentary to The Reds and who could ever forget his brilliant gesture toward the Hillsborough disaster back in 1989 as put forward by this shows writer Nicky Allt...
