✨ 3 days to Yoga Summer Social! ✨
If you'd like an opportunity to recharge, join me for 2 hours of yoga and relaxation!
🌷 We will start the class with a grounding pranayama practice, tuning into the breath and strengthening the connection between our body and mind.
🌷 We will then warm up with some gentle movement, using the breath to guide us and building up to an energising flow, working on strength and stability.
🌷 We will take a break to refresh and hydrate.
🌷 Finishing the afternoon with Yoga Nidra for total relaxation, including breath work and visualisation.
🌷 Sending you home rested and recharged 🔋!
