The past couple of weeks have been incredible as we launched our first adult fitness classes and I want to say a massive thank you to all of those people that have attended you have been amazing. Just wanted to say a little bit about what unity sports is and what we aim to achieve with all of you!

Unity Sports is expanding from out of school camps to more regular sports classes aimed at developing skill and confidence for ages 4-12.

We also now provide teen/ adult classes for ages 13+ focusing on developing strength, endurance, muscle growth and fat loss. We aim to achieve this by offering group HIIT, circuit training, kettlebell complex and 1 to 1 personal training.
