Yaz’s 8 week transformation… here’s the story👇🏻🔥
Yaz had a long gap from training with me for around 2 years while she had a baby and didn’t really get back into training after.
She found other ways to loose weight through other weight loss fads.
Now yes she lost weight and lost fat, but because she wasn’t weight training on these fat loss supplements she lost her muscle as you can see on the first picture, and with loosing muscle that also comes with other side effects👇🏻
