This Sunday, it’s time for the Women’s FA Cup! 🏆

We head into the First Qualifying Round as we take on Colne FC Ladies — and we’re ready for the challenge!

One more big push in training tomorrow as we prepare to leave everything on the pitch come Sunday.

🏆 WOMEN’S FA CUP | NEXT MATCH 🏆

We’re delighted to be entering the 1st Qualifying Round of the Women’s FA Cup, with Colne visiting us at home.

The team will be looking to build on recent performances, with a strong squad preparing to give everything as we look to progress into the 2nd Qualifying Round. đź’Ş

The squad will be back in training on Thursday as preparations continue ahead of what promises to be another exciting cup tie.

We’d love to see as many supporters as possible at the game. The fantastic turnout for our last fixture created an incredible atmosphere, and your continued support makes a real difference to the team. 👏

Not the result we were hoping for, and it was a tough challenge playing with just 11 players. However, the girls showed great character, gave everything they had, and will learn from the experience as we move forward.

A special mention to Chloe Hible, who scored a last-minute goal and was deservedly named Player of the Match for her determination, commitment and non-stop attitude throughout the game.

We’re through to the next round of the 1st Qualifying Round of the Women’s FA cup!

The girls delivered an outstanding performance from the first whistle to the last. The quality of football, movement, link-up play and pressure throughout the game was excellent, with some fantastic combinations and well-worked opportunities.

The finishing was equally impressive, with every goal showing great composure and quality. Every player should be extremely proud of the performance they put in today.

Today marks the beginning of our Adobe Women’s FA Cup journey, as we enter the Preliminary Round.

The ladies welcome Blackburn Eagles to Simpson’s for what will be our first competitive home fixture. We’re incredibly excited to get started and look forward to seeing plenty of support from the local community.

Come along, get behind the team and help create a fantastic atmosphere as we begin our cup campaign.

Sunday is a big one for us as we welcome Blackburn Eagles to Simpsons for the Preliminary Round of the Women’s Adobe FA Cup!

For many grassroots teams, this is an opportunity they wait all year for, and we’re incredibly grateful to have been chosen to compete in this competition for the third time.

The girls are absolutely itching to get out there and give everything they’ve got — making themselves, their families and every single one of you supporters proud.

So, we’re calling on as many friends, family members and supporters as possible — whether you’ve been with us since day one or have only recently joined us — to come down and get behind the girls!
