Itโs hard to know what to expect during these next few months, with COVID-19 being the topic of conversation; although this is from a fitness angle.
Michael osterholm who is an internationally recognized expert in infectious disease, recently said on the Joe Rogan podcast, one of the best preventative measures to take is to boost your immune system through exercise.
This can be tough, gyms seem to be a place people are avoiding at the moment; and unfortunately I agree, at least with commercial gyms. I am still operating however, and thatโs because I work with we have low people traffic and PTโs that are really dedicated to keeping the facility SUPER CLEAN AND DISINFECTED.
But thatโs not really the point of this, I just want to tell you all again that the worst thing to do would be to neglect your fitness and nutrition. You need to keep your immune system boosted by staying healthy.
I want to help, message me... I truly believe that with monitoring activity level and nutritional value you can stay ahead of the game. To which I say, consider some online coaching for the next few months, home workouts, activity level, nutritional demands and much more can be covered as a minimum from me as a an online coach.
Also, as a disclaimer... my purpose has always been to keep people healthy and increase longevity in normal people, and thatโs exactly my purpose with this message too.
