This is one of our absolute favourites for the community hikes! Only an hour drive away and all abilities welcome 😊 you have absolutely everything on this hike, great views, forest walks, farm land and more 👏🏻

Fat Loss 101 📉

Taking you through one of our members sessions and why we choose the exercises to do 📝

Sallys main goal was fat loss 🎯 but we often find that that’s not enough of a driver to sustain lifestyle changes long term and often ends up becoming a constant battle because your self value depends on the number on the scale ❌

We always ask our members to think of a goal that’s relevant to their life, whether it’s run a half marathon, be able to keep up with the kids, get rid of the aches and pains or in Sally’s case to help improve back pain ✅

Since Sally has been with us we have been working or building the strength in her quads and core as neither of them were doing their job properly resulting in lower back compensating especially during her small group PT classes she was attending elsewhere!

Over the last 8 weeks Sally has seen amazing improvements with fat loss but more importantly that she can do her small group classes pain free and actually helps others use the technique tips to maximise the exercises! 👏

Understanding the person in front of you is the most fundamental ingredient in body recomposition 🔐

Without a full body movement analysis, strength and endurance analysis how could you possibly know what an appropriate training programme would look like? Without understanding the person’s daily nutrition habits, how could you possibly give any form of relevant nutrition support that is sustainable? You cant.

How to programme your next legs and arms day 💯

Take a look at how we programme our legs and arms day. Breaking up your leg days into a quad focused and a hamstring glute focused pairing with a specific aesthetic goal exercises can really help you push to the max on all your exercises. This way, you won't compromise your CNS too much, and you'll have enough energy for all the exercises.

A typical structure in a fat loss phase would be:
1. Compound movement with a bias on the main muscle group.
2. Unilateral movement to address imbalances and increase energy expenditure.
3. Superset with a non conflicting exercise to maintain intensity.
4. Single joint movement to isolate the muscle.
5. Finish with slow, controlled movements to burn out the muscles.

Lock in and push hard in each exercise. Use lengthened partials to get the most out of your session 🌶️

We had a great time out with a wonderful group! A challenging start lead to beautiful 360 views right the way around 😍

Let us introduce you to Ian 🤝

Ian is the definition of someone who’s got their life together! With a full time job, a new baby, and all the chaos life brings, it’s easy to lose focus 🤷🏻‍♂️

But Ian’s secret? Being the best parent he can be 💯 he’s proof that with hard work and determination, you can conquer anything and set a great example for your child!

Well done Ian! We can’t wait to keep going on this journey with you 🚀 (hopefully you get some sleep tonight 👀)

Day 12 has been a TOUGH one 😮‍💨

Really didn’t think I’d get through it being 100kg and completely out of running condition. The first 3 laps I felt really heavy and was planning to drop out after 6 but once I adjusted, it was tough but started to actually enjoy it 😅

Credit to for planning it 👏🏻 hopefully after this 90 days I’ll be the one setting the pace 😬

Hopefully the check in on Monday will show some solid progress 🤞🏻
