Strength training should be about loading movement patterns with great technique, making your body feel empowered, confident and amazing, both inside and outside the gym, Not The Opposite !!
Unfortunately, itโ€™s common to associate training and adding more weight to the bar with aches/ pains
4 things to reflect on in case this is you;
Your technique. How you move should be your biggest priority, Always. The technique is the most important part of your training.
Training Volume. One word: per iodize!
Intensity, frequency and volume should be factored in making decisions for your training.
Too many sets, reps and too heavy loads week in - & out will make your body constantly fatigued.
Warm-up. Preparing your body to move well under the bar, mentally and physically!
Recovery and fatigue management is a non-negotiable part of your training.
Resting enough between your sets and training days in order to allow your body to build muscle, optimal progress and adaptation

The problem with โ€justโ€ chasing/โ€onlyโ€ focusing on a physique goal is that itโ€™s highly unlikely that you will ever feel truly satisfied and it could be a frustrating process without sustainability. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
* Donโ€™t take your health/strength/movements your body is capable of for granted. Improving all of these areas should be your biggest priority in life!!
* I think this year (if any ) should have made us all more aware of daily habits that can improve our health. A stronger body is a healthier body. A healthier body is a happier body. A happier body will make you a more positive person.
* A POSITIVE PERSON WILL DO BETTER IN LIFE AND ON TOP OF THAT SPREAD THAT POSITIVE ENERGY TO EVERYONE IN THEIR ENVIRONMENT
* A month from now - even a DAY from now - you can either have improved your health or have made excuses why you didnโ€™t.โ€จThe choice and decision is only up to you
