Everyone getting on brilliantly and making tonnes of progress in each class ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Wanting to get into fitness? With me, there's something for everyone! I offer all kinds of classes, ranging from abs, kettlebells, and circuits, all the way to boxing/ muay Thai and fitness bootcamps.

Are classes not what you're looking for? That's okay, I also offer 1-1, 2-1, and small group personal training sessions. This can be gym based, boxing/ Muay Thai based, or outdoors.

1. Screen Height for Avoiding Neck Pain: Position the top of your screen at or slightly below eye level to ensure your head is in a neutral position, reducing strain on your neck muscles.

2. Strength Training for Posture: Incorporate exercises that strengthen the core, back, and shoulder muscles to support proper alignment and prevent slouching, enhancing overall posture.

3. Stretching to Counteract Sitting:
