Over indulged over the festive period? So have I, so has everyone else. 🤷🏻♂️
Just because you may have gone “too far” or have eaten way more than you usually would, does not mean that you shouldn’t eat well the next day.
It is important that we ensure we are supplying our bodies with enough food or “fuel” to maintain proper function of the body so that we are able to carry out our everyday tasks.
This could be things as simple as going to the gym, working or even completing school/Uni work. Without this we may start to experience negative effects that could hinder our ability to carry out tasks to our full potential.
So, don’t limit yourself, give your body what it needs!!
