Don’t over coach on maxs it’s all in the head

KETTLEBELLS HAVE THIR LIMITATIONS

It seems wherever you go on social media there’s a gym or individuals and cults specialising in kettlebells claiming these are all you need

Not so
-
Kettlebells have their limitations
-
Are they the best way to increase muscle mass - NO
-
Are they the best way to increase conditioning - depends
-
Are they the best way to increase strength - No
-
Now I’m not dissing kettlebells in any way
I have been using them for over 25 years and. Continue to use them periodically whenever I feel they are useful either in a groups setting or a kettlebell session alone

They are a useful tool to do a job
They will get you stronger but not as strong as a barbell can
They can give you fantastic conditioning and endurance bit not specific conditioning
- they are a tool to be used specifically fir a task and diversity

The all you need is 1 kettlebell crew and other gyms are now using barbells dips deadlifts running
Why ? Because as we realised a long time ago they have limitations

Once again we are seing the grifting cult trying to convince us they are ahead of their time now they are introducing hypertrophy running along width the bells as though it’s never been done before

Sorry mate this has been standard for thousands of gyms for decades

If your happy using kettlebells as a stand alone tool good for you as long as you enjoy it and it keeps you moving crack on
But don’t start telling us your always ahead of the curve when your 25 years late. And that’s including your sweat fast complexes that have also been around for decades
