At CV Active (formally known as Claire Ventre Fitness) we run Zumba & Clubbercise fitness classes for adults & messy play groups starting in September 2016 for children 6 months & above. Our classes are friendly & full of fun whilst working you hard to achieve your goals. Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. How It Works
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixin

g low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Super fun? Check and check. Benefits
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. What is Clubbercise?? Clubbercise® - simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re a beginner or if you’re already a fitness freak! What are the benefits of Clubbercise classes?

> Dancing in the dark with disco lights and lasers means you can really let go
