So the last class of 2025 will be next Tuesday 16th December at Merchant Taylor's boys school, Crosby 7.30-8.30

After this it will be Wednesdays at the Lathom again. There will be a small Christmas gift for everyone who attends this last session of the year 🎁🥳🎄

I would love to see as many new faces as possible at the class next Wednesday so if you've been before and you're bringing someone BRAND NEW who's never done Clubbercise before, you both come for £10 (£5 each) instead of the regular £14 (£7 each)

Are you up for it? It really is the most uplifting wonderful class (even if I do say so myself) 🤣🥳🙌

What are YOU doing tonight at 7.30pm?...

Sitting down with a brew and a biscuit under a blanket? (Actually that sounds DIVINE!) 🤣🤣

But why not push that back my an hour and a half and at 7.30 come and do Clubbercise with meeeee!! We'll laugh, we'll sweat, some of us will go the wrong way, we'll sing REEEEAAAALLY loudly to "Set U Freeeeeeee" 🎶🎤🎶🎤🎶🎤

We'll release all of THE most wonderful endorphins we can possibly release, we'll burn some calories but more than anything, we'll have a great time doing it, we'll be out of our house, off our phone having some amazing human connection 💃🕺🤩

And THEN! Then we go home, shower off, PJs and fluffy socks, tea, biscuit, TV, perfection! 👌

Don't hold off for another week... motivation doesn't come! You take action and the motivation follows, trust me!! So book on and come smile your way through the class!! 😁😁😁
