No class tomorrow night guys, I'm still not well. I've seen the doctor today, which is how you know I'm not well, cos I don't do that 😂

I'll keep you posted when I'm able to come back, thank you for your patience with my incredibly temperamental health at this time.

Heads up guys, there's no class tomorrow, Wednesday 12th August!

I'm off to Timeless Gaming Con to be a big ol nerd for the day and for some reason they always decide Wednesday is the best day to hold it and I'm not repeating last year's mad dash to get to class on time 🤣

I'll be back on Sunday 😁

IT'S TOO FLIPPING HOT.

My cats are all melting, I'm melting and I'm also still not fully recovered from Berlin, so I've decided to cancel tomorrow morning's class. (this is Missy, she's far too hot, yet decided right next to my XBox was the best place for a lie down 🙈)

Stay safe and stay cool everyone, I'll keep an eye on the weather and let you know if I feel it's safe to come back on Wednesday 💜🤘

Hey guys, just to let you know I've decided not to run a class tomorrow morning, it's still a bit too hot for us and I can't cope with this heat 😂

Hopefully it will cool down a bit and we'll be back in Wednesday!

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️

Due to this week's absolutely horrendously hot weather, I've made the decision not to run a class this week.

I'd rather everyone stay nice and cool in front of a fan and a cold drink, rather than we all sweat out of places we didn't even know we had and end up as puddles on the studio floor 😂

I'll be keeping an eye on the weather and will make decisions accordingly, but for now, enjoy your night off from Rockfit and keep cool, everyone! 😎
