For a long time, I thought being “skinny” would automatically make me happy.
That once I hit a certain weight, everything would finally click into place.

But the biggest transformation I’ve had wasn’t physical — it was mental.

I stopped punishing myself for enjoying life.
I stopped believing food had to be earned.
I stopped comparing my body to every “perfect” Instagram reel.

Now?
I train because I love feeling strong. 💪
I eat the burger.
I enjoy the ice cream.
I move my body because it makes me feel empowered, not because I hate myself into changing.

I’m not the leanest I’ve ever been.
I’m not the lightest I’ve ever been.
But I am the happiest, strongest, and most confident version of myself.

The truth is, it’s not you vs. every woman online.
It’s you vs. you.
Your growth. Your mindset. Your journey.

And this is exactly what I love helping women understand through coaching — that confidence doesn’t come from shrinking yourself. It comes from appreciating yourself while still growing into the woman you want to become.
