It is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for beginners to Intermediate. You do short intense bursts of various activities,
followed by short rests inbetween. You can lose weight, build stamina, strength & endura
nce, energy levels,
balance co-ordination & confidence. Exercises can include pressups, star jumps, mountain climbers, burpees, planks,
