Come and join me for 𝑌𝑜𝑔𝑎 𝐹𝑙𝑜𝑤 on Saturday mornings, 9:30–10:30am at Southfields Jubilee Centre!

This energising weekly class is perfect if you’ve got some yoga experience or a reasonable level of fitness and want to build strength, stamina and confidence. We flow through dynamic sequences that challenge balance, flexibility and focus—with options to modify or push yourself a little more, depending on your energy that day.

It’s a great way to start the weekend, with a friendly group and a focus on moving mindfully (but getting sweaty too!). 💪✨🧘‍♀️

My Wednesday 7:45–8:45pm yoga class at Southfields Jubilee Centre, Littlehampton is beginner friendly, welcoming, and designed to help you move, breathe, and let go of the day.

You’ll stretch, strengthen, breathe, and reset in a peaceful space—ending with a short guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to help you unwind fully. 🧘

It’s ideal if:
⭐ You want to ease tension midweek
⭐ Earlier class times feel too rushed after work or dinner

🧘‍♀️ “Yoga is too gentle to be real exercise” – is it though? 😉

I’ve heard people say this before — and I get it! If you’ve only seen yoga from the outside, it can look slow. But what you might not realise is that yoga works your body in a completely different way.

💪 Holding poses builds strength.
🧘‍♀️ Moving with control builds mobility and balance.
😮‍💨 Conscious breathing calms your nervous system — which helps recovery from tougher workouts or everyday stress.

I teach yoga and do fitness classes myself — and I can tell you, yoga absolutely is exercise. Just not the kind that hammers your joints or leaves you drained.

If you’ve ever thought about trying yoga but assumed it’s not “enough,” come and give it a go. You might be surprised how much you feel it the next day (in a good way!) 😄

Saturday Yoga Revamp 🧘‍♀️

🌱This month, I’m refreshing my Saturday morning yoga class with a new name, new venue, and space for more of you to join!

From 22nd March, we’re moving to Southfields Jubilee Centre, Littlehampton for a larger space to practice.

And I’m renaming the class from Power Yoga to:
✨Yoga Flow: A Challenging Practice for Strength, Flexibility & Calm✨.. to better reflect how I teach.

While "Power Yoga" is often associated with a fast, intense pace, my approach focuses on strong, steady movement with creative flow sequences—challenging yet mindful.

Feeling stiff, stressed or just need some “me time” after the holidays? Ease into 2025 with beginner friendly yoga flow classes that help you feel stronger, more flexible and deeply relaxed.

✨ Classes resume next week at Southfields Jubilee Centre, Littlehampton.
Whether you're new to yoga or returning after a break, you’ll join a lovely group of people in a relaxed and supportive space.

Class times:
Wednesdays: 12:30-1:30pm | 6:30-7:30pm | 7:45-8:45pm
Thursdays: 7:30-8:30pm

In each class, we’ll start by grounding with breath awareness and gentle floor movements. You’ll ease into slow, beginner friendly flows, strengthen with standing postures, and wind down with stretches – ending in a blissful relaxation.

You’ll leave feeling:
✨ Looser, stronger and more balanced
✨ Less stressed and more relaxed
✨ Reconnected to your body and breath

No need to be flexible or experienced – just come as you are!
