Dance Beat Studio Sally Parkinson Dancing school Lessons held in ballet, Tap and modern and Zumba for all ages. Children are prepared for I.S.T.D examinations, however these are not compulsory!

£8 pay term time or £10 pay as you go.
7.00 pm Adult Tap-
7.45pm Adult Ballet at Samuel Wickens centre . Rustington.
Thursdays
9.00 am Core and More
East Preston village Hall £7 pay as you go.
5.15pm Beginners Tap
St Peter’s and St Paul’s church Hall, Rustington
6.30pm Core and More
Durrington community centre. £8 pay as you go!
