Arun Tridents Swimming Club

Arun Tridents Swimming Club Welcome to Arun Tridents, the new name of Littlehampton Swim Club. We run our swim school (iSwim) for children age 4+ at pools in Worthing and Lancing.

Established in 1983, we offer training and competition in a friendly and supportive environment to swimmers age 5+. We train at Littlehampton Swimming Centre, Arun Leisure Centre and Arena Sports Centre, Bognor.

Welcome to our 2026 Easter Open Meet!

A warm welcome to all the visiting clubs who have joined us today. We look forward to seeing lots of fast and fun swimming chasing down those PBs! 🙌

Apologies again to all the parents and guardians for not being able to let you spectate pool side due to the ongoing refurbishment works at the Leisure Centre. We appreciate this is frustrating for you but thank you for supporting our gala today.

This Sunday, we are looking forward to welcoming you all to our Easter Open Meet!

It’s shaping up to be a fun and frantic gala with all our slots full of eager swimmers looking to smash those PBs! We really appreciate all of your support! 🙌

Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate pool side spectators at the gala. This is due to refurbishment works being carried out by the Leisure Centre of the seating area. We appreciate this will be frustrating for some but we thank you for your understanding.

Additional space will be provided by the leisure centre away from the pool for parents and guardians to use. We recommend bringing something to sit on.

Alternatively the beach is a short walk away so maybe take the opportunity for a yummy ice cream 🍦

And that’s a wrap!

Wow what a way to wrap up a very successful Sussex LC Championships for Arun Tridents! 🔱

Congratulations to Elsie achieving a 2nd and 3rd place in the 200IM and 50 Back junior championships and to Millie on coming 2nd in the 50m Back Senior Championship 🤩

But a special shout out to Caoimhe who won her age group! This is no mean feat, especially at such a young age! 👏🏻

A big thank you to all our volunteers who gave up their time to officiate, team manage and coach our swimmers over the past month. 🙌

And of course well done to all our swimmers who have competed over the course of these championships

This weekend we continue with the Sussex County Long Course Champs at the K2, Crawley

Congratulations to everyone who swam today. There were lots a fabulous PB across the boards with many of our swimmers making finals 🤩

Big shout out to Katie who became the 2026 Senior Women’s champion in the 100m Fly! 🤩 👏🏻

Well done swimmers. Let’s do it all again tomorrow

This weekend at the Sussex County Champs is all about those killer long distance events with the 800m and 1500m!

Saturday saw Megan take on the 1500m and she produced a fabulous swim finishing with a new LC PB! 👏🏻

The afternoon saw William and Charlie take on the 800m and both boys also produced fantastic swims achieving new LC PBs too! 👏🏻
