Arun Tridents Swimming Club

Arun Tridents Swimming Club Welcome to Arun Tridents, the new name of Littlehampton Swim Club. We run our swim school (iSwim) for children age 4+ at pools in Worthing and Lancing.

Established in 1983, we offer training and competition in a friendly and supportive environment to swimmers age 5+. We train at Littlehampton Swimming Centre, Arun Leisure Centre and Arena Sports Centre, Bognor.

Hello everyone

Firstly well done to everyone for another fantastic season of swimming. As is customary, we now head into our summer break giving everyone a chance to relax and re-energise before the new season kicks off again in September!

We now enter a 3 week break from training, with a reduced schedule starting on Tuesday 18th August. Please refer to Sports Engine for specific squad timings.

Normal training restart on Tuesday 1st September

It’s gives our swimmers the perfect opportunity to maybe try a new event that they haven’t swam before, without the pressure of big external gala, or maybe they’ve got a really old time that they want to update.
