We’ve done it again!! 🥇🔔

Somehow I managed to get a PB today at the Bognor 10k race! 🤯

I’ve been so inconsistent with running since the Hyrox due to issues with my knee but luckily we’ve come back to life just in time for race day! 🤩

45:01 on the chip time today! (how annoying is the 1 second over lol 🙄)

But what was different was that I actually started slightly slower than target pace and built into the run so by the end I was flying!

Usually I start too fast and fall off but today we paced the race just right! 🙏

Did not expect this today at all so absolutely buzzing to have pulled it off! 🐝

Onto the next one! 🫡

It’s the foundation as to why I qualified to be a coach in the first place! 😌

To be on the gym floor coaching people and helping them with their health and fitness!

I love it! 😍

Every single client, every single class…

I never get tired of it! 🙌

I’ve recently been in some awesome conversations with people about why they got into health and fitness and it’s inspiring as to how many different answers I received but actually how they all spiral back to one main point…

To better themselves! 🤌

Whether that’s to feel stronger, move better, find a new hobby… it all falls under one roof and that’s self improvement!

Which as a coach, I feel privileged to be in a position to support many of you in bettering! 🤝

This week there’s been so many cool opportunities proposed my way and I can’t wait to share more but the core of any decision I make in my coaching career is around helping as many people as possible better themselves! 🫶

What an achievement for and 🥳

50km cycle, 16km hike and 3km kayak… completed! ✅ whilst raising money for Action Medical Research! 🙏

Amazing for their first ever endurance events! 👏

Both girls smashed their training week in, week out both in the gym and out on the cycles and hikes!

Always showing up to sessions with their best energy and wanting to work hard…

And the results are there to show for it! 🏅

They had so much fun in the race which shows their confidence levels with each activity and got to the end quicker than expected! 💪

Missing the competition floor… 🫣

Hyrox was an unforgettable experience!

Atmosphere, adrenaline, it had it all! 😮‍💨

But what I loved so much was the structure and direction it gave for my training routine…

A clear, precise game plan with an end date in mind… (race day 🏁)

This level of structure was a revelation for my training quality!

Every single workout I was looking forward to…

Each session had clear progressions to work on week by week…

I made training a priority so my performance was at its best and therefore I was in the best condition I’ve been in going into race day! 💪

Which is what I replicate with my services too…

I work with such a wide range of individuals who are at different stages of their journey, but they all share one common link…

They want to maximise their results in the gym and are happy to be directed towards their version of success! 🏅

It’s ok to ask for help!

That’s why our job exists! 🤷‍♂️

Like any other profession, the customer should be ok to ask for help when they need it!

If I can’t find something in the shops I’ll ask the staff member for help…

Or if a warning light came up on my car that I didn’t know how to fix, I’d ask for help!

So why should the gym be any different? 🤔

I personally believe everybody who uses a gym should be following some sort of training programme made my somebody else…

That feeling when we crossed the line was unmatched…

The sense of achievement! 🤩

Feeling proud of what we just did and knowing we gave it our best shot! 😌

I want to do it again!!

The training, the preparation, the nerves…

It was all worth it for what we felt here at the finish line! 🙌

This feeling will always stick with me…

A feeling I can relate to in any area of life I challenge myself in…

Knowing the reward of putting in your best effort and not giving up! 💪

This event has taught me so much about myself and how hard I can push my body!

And I can’t wait to do it all over again… 🫣

POV: Me warming up to support all of my clients in smashing their health and fitness goals! 🤝

It’s important as the coach that I always turn up with the right focus and passion for every client’s goal! 🙌

Therefore I ensure in my free time I am also prioritising exercise to keep myself healthy and happy! 😁

It’s so true that exercise creates way more reward than just good looks…

Exercise also helps;

🧠 Improve mood by releasing endorphins!

😌 Reduces stress and anxiety by lowering cortisol levels!

💤 Improve sleep and energy levels which will help combat fatigue!

👥 Boost social connections through sports clubs and/or finding other likeminded individuals!

Exercise is an essential in my routine in order to function day in, day out for you all! 🙏

Because I want to turn up and be the best coach for everybody that has put their trust in me to support them to success!

I never take this for granted and so I take full responsibility for how I prepare for sessions and how I inspire my clients to perform well for themselves! 🫶

We have a big few weeks coming up for my team before I go on holiday…

I will be focused hard on the current team to ensure results are flying in and they’re all set up for success even when I am away so that we can return without any drop of momentum! 💪

Excited to push on now and watch my team thrive! 👀
