It's Drowning Prevention Week! Held by Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK

Here at Your Trust we provide high quality lifeguarding training. We work with NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) trainers to plan and deliver detailed, engaging and challenging sessions that cover all of the recommended content and more.
You are in safe hands with our lifeguards. Look out on our social media for when you can sign up for our next course!

Remember to always follow the Water Safety Code.
1. Stop and Think - assess your surroundings, look for any dangers and always research local signs and advice
2. Stay Together - always go with friends or family, it is best to swim at a lifeguarded venue
3. Call 999 - ask for the Fire and Rescue Service when inland (lakes, rivers etc.) and the Coastguard if at the coast. Do not enter the water to rescue.
4. Float to Survive - if you fall in or become tried - stay calm, float on your back and call for help. Throw something that floats to somebody that has fallen in.

Drowning is preventable.
