🎃 STALLHOLDERS WANTED! 👻

We’re planning a Halloween Family Fun Day at Westhorpe Watersports on Saturday 31st October and we’re looking for some brilliant local businesses and makers to join us!

We’d love a variety of stalls and offerings — think handmade gifts, sweet treats, crafts, children’s products, Halloween goodies, local produce and more.

If you’d like to have a stall, please comment below or send us a message with a little information about your business, what you’d like to sell and, if possible, a few photos or a link to your page.

Would you join a Westhorpe Run Club?

We’re thinking about starting a relaxed weekly run club from Westhorpe Watersports in Marlow, likely on a Wednesday evening.

The idea is simple: meet at the lake, head out together with different pace groups, then finish back at Westhorpe for a drink and a catch-up.

We want it to feel welcoming whether you run all the time, you’re getting back into it, or you just fancy having some people to run with.

At this stage we’re just gauging interest, so tell us below:

Would you prefer 5K, 5–10K, or both?

If there’s enough interest, we’ll get it going.

Bring your favourite people to our last moon swim of 2026 🌕✨

Join us on Saturday 26th September, 5–8pm for our final Moon Swim of the year, under the Harvest Moon.

With the earlier sunset, we’re starting a little sooner this time — giving you the perfect excuse for an evening swim, good food and one last special September night at the lake.

Summer’s not over yet ☀️

The lake is still warm, the evenings are still light, and there’s still time to try something new.

We’ve got 30-minute tows available this Thursday and Friday — choose from wakesurfing, wakeboarding, waterskiing or kneeboarding and come and have a go behind our new boat.

Never tried before? That’s absolutely fine. A 30-minute session is a great way to give it a go without committing to a full hour.

Or, if you’ve been meaning to get back out on the water all summer… consider this your sign.

🌕 STURGEON MOON SWIM – THIS FRIDAY! 🌕

It’s not too late to join us for what could be our final Moon Swim of the season ✨

Join us from 8pm this Friday for an evening swim under the Sturgeon Moon, with:

🎶 Live music
✨ Glow sticks
🔥 BBQ
☕ Hot drink
🌕 And hopefully a beautiful full moon over the lake!

Spectators are very welcome, so bring friends and family along to enjoy the evening with you. 💙

🏊 Our normal Friday evening swimming session is still running beforehand, so you can still come along for your usual swim if you’re not joining the Moon Swim.

We may squeeze in one final Full Moon Swim at the end of September, but that one will be weather dependent and confirmed nearer the time. 👀 Keep an eye on our socials for updates!

Our paddleboard area has had a serious glow up ✨🏄‍♀️

A huge new deck, proper SUP racks and loads more seating — making it an even better spot to paddle, relax and spend a summer’s day by the lake. ☀️

🔥 We’ll have the BBQ fired up after your swim!

Come down for your usual evening dip, then grab some food, settle in by the lake and enjoy the atmosphere as the eclipse takes place.

🌕 Buck Moon Swim – Wednesday 29 July 🌕

There’s something special about swimming under a full moon.

Join us from 8pm for one of our favourite events of the summer as the Buck Moon rises over the lake. Expect live music, glow sticks, and pizza & a hot drink included with your booking.

🏊 Our usual open water swimming session will still be running before the event, so if a Moon Swim isn’t for you, you can still enjoy a normal evening swim.

👨‍👩‍👧 Spectators are very welcome, so bring your friends and family along to soak up the atmosphere, enjoy the lakeside setting and cheer everyone on.

✨ Whether it’s your first Moon Swim or you’ve joined us before, it’s always a magical evening.
