This morning at 5:30am I got up and went to the gym. 💪

Did I want to go? ❌ No.
Did I want to stay in bed? ✅ Absolutely.

But I flipped that mindset and went anyway.

I don’t go to the gym to get a six-pack. I go because it makes me feel better mentally, gives me more energy, and completely changes my day.

Exercise isn’t just about changing your body… it’s about changing your mindset. 🧠✨

So if you do one thing for yourself today, make it movement. Go for a walk, do a 30-minute workout at home, hit the gym… just move.

Because when your mindset is good, your whole day feels better. ❤️

🔥 WE WERE BACK AGAIN TONIGHT! 🔥

5:30pm session ✅

Same workout as this morning… but this time the heat was HEATING! 🥵☀️ The dojo was absolutely boiling, but these ladies showed up and got the job DONE.

No excuses.
No complaining.
Just hard work, determination and an incredible attitude. 👏💪

Every single one of them dug deep and smashed it from start to finish!

So proud of this team and the energy they’re bringing every single session. ❤️

🍞 On toast (no butter)
🥤 Vimto protein shake
💊 Magnesium

You don’t need fancy meals, expensive ingredients or a perfect diet to stay on track.

Simple meals like this help keep me full, hit my protein goals and stay within my calories without overthinking it.

Remember… consistency beats perfection every single time 👊🏻❤️
