I remember our first conversation like yesterday, ali was "stuck" spending loads of time in the gym but not seeing any progress.

She finally asked for help after week's of "wanting to ask" but kept putting it off πŸ˜…

1 year later into her journey she's in a completely better place in all health aspects 😍

Ali now loves the gym and is part of her weekly routine, always puts maximum effort in and is super consistent with her nutrition πŸ‘πŸΌ

Its been an absolute pleasure to help you get to where you are now and can't wait to see you continue 🫢🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼

5 min bike warm up

60 seconds work no rest between, keeping runs at 5min km pace or less, rest 60secs after 2nd run then repeat !

I've taken the decision to leave Phoenix Gym, I am continuing to PT at

It's been a tough decision, but I feel it's the right thing to do to further my career and have access to more equipment to help you all reach your fitness goals! πŸ’ͺ

was like my 2nd home and I will miss everyone there dearly, thank you for everything we did together πŸ™Œ
